What game is that? Is that from the level generator or from other players?
It’s Cataclysm Dark Days Ahead, looks like the procedural generation has some pretty messed up jokes built in… https://cataclysmdda.org/
That version must be from before Gaiman or even Frank, so this is likely fixed now, but I don’t know. Also, child in this game means <18 and it’s better if teenagers use condoms, right?
