The movie Clue is an insanely good comedy. If you watch it on streaming or disc the movie ends, but then goes “or it could have happened like this” And shows an alternative ending. Then does it again.
When it was released in theaters each theater got one of the endings at random. I imagine anyone talking about the movie after watching it at different theaters has a similar energy as this greentext.
That’s really cool! Would not work with today’s communication advancements.
Idk you’d probably get these weird try hard fans who start a discord to figure out which theater is playing which ending and start traveling to see them all in person and claim they are real fans. Then get incredibly aggressive over Twitter about it all and at least a decent amount of people would go see it a second time just to experience it.
Like those weirdos who pay thousands of dollars to go to the same spot in Disney land every day for two weeks and gets to be hyped in the discord/reddit because “I’ve been riding this ride every day for my vacation and it finally happened guys. I was there and Cumbumblelan came out and did the Cumbumblelan ride intro!!! Worth it!” And then people are demanding a time so they can find some pattern so hopefully they can see Cumbumblelan when they are there on vacation and can vlog it.
You can’t get the rebirth ending on your first playthrough. The items only spawn in NG+.
This guy silent hills
I’m not sure you can get the dog ending either, but it’s been a long time for me.
To get the Dog ending you have to get all 3 normal endings or just the Rebirth ending in previous playthroughs. Since the Rebirth ending is only available after the first NG, you need to finish the game at least three times to get the Dog ending. So if his friend got the Rebirth ending previously and he was using his NG+ instead of a new file he could have gotten it, but his friend would have needed to beat the game multiple times.
Not just that, but all the mystery of the world is kind of gone. Any kid can search about Santa and pretty quickly determine it’s made up.
But when I was a kid, I was determined to find out the truth. I even setup cameras to catch him. Weirdly they didn’t record that night. I’m guessing my parents turned off the video camera as they knew about my plan.
The Santa/tooth fairy thing still hits kids at about the same age despite the internet. It has more to do with the parents and friends’ parents than anything else. Source: I talk to schoolchildren often
