It was confiscated by my grandmother. And about the pelt. It is not a polar bear pelt, it’s not THAT big and I don’t think they have gray spots on their backs. Looks like it could be a wolf, but I’m just guessing. I have no idea. Probably not even real.

Never looked at the wood mask carving as a shrunken head, but I can see why you might think it looks like that. I don’t think the picture does it justice, probably just something she saw and thought it looked neat somewhere.

If I tried to hang up actual shrunken heads (or what looks like it) my grandmother would probably take the stick down and wack me with it.
