Mexican authorities are reporting the seizure of an armored truck with gunports and a machinegun capable of bringing down aircraft.
Chihuahua state police officers found the stolen Ford F-450 with welded steel plates during a three-day sweep of mountains in the western portion of the state, where violent cartel clashes have been reported in recent weeks.

I love shitting on American gun culture, but no, it’s not.
Americans may be allowed to get licenses for automatic weapons, or buy a 50 cal rifle off the shelf, but there’s no combination of tax stamps that will allow you to drive around in an armored technical with a mounted Browning M2 50 cal machine gun.
At least not yet, fingers crossed for the future. /s
