I really enjoy retro aesthetics , especially the Frutiger Aero style. I’m also really interested in old macOS Aqua 's design language and Y2K aesthetics.
I am looking for the best clients that follow this aesthetical rules for federated socials. I’m mainly interested in Mastodon, but I also would love to see it on PieFed/Lemmy and Friendica (since old facebook style would be fitting).
Does anyone know if such a thing exists for modern OSs? Should I look for clients or for a web app stylizer? Thanks.
!piefed_css@piefed.social has examples of how to make small tweaks by pasting CSS into a field in your profile. Nothing y2k themed but it shows a route someone could take to create one.
