That’s a valid development strategy. It seems to have worked out for them. I suppose it kind of makes sense as long as nothing is breaking.

There has to be an a way to identify and authentify both ends.

You have to specify where your data ends up because your user is probably an idiot.

And you have to convince everybody to use it.
