that anyone would even have the thought of “killer steam deck game” amazes me. It’s just a pc. You can run literally every game in existence that doesn’t require a top of the line nvidia card as a minimum, have rootkit anti cheat, or is still exclusive to yet un-emulated console.

everything up to 2006 was roughly 70K cad including stuff I never used, duplicates only counted if they were either games for different system/movies from different phys. media/given to friends. value of dollar was roughly accounted for as if it was bought when new.

A bunch of friends and I stopped pirating stuff when we started working and had no time for entertainment and we tallied everything up and checked each other’s calculations and voted on if certain items could be included, etc., as a closure/end of an era thing. I was second place and top of our group was like 130K

current bounty is probably just whatever mcu films are on bluray and maybe 6 bluray volumes of whatever anime weren’t on the netflix or amazon I’m mooching. Maybe like 8 switch games but I only played 2 and wiped it when I sold the switch, and 3 pc games but I only played 1 but I’ll probably just go through my steam backlog if I ever have gaming time again in my life.

edit: I guess also some netflix shows while I wasn’t mooching an account and some apple shows but no idea how to account for that.

Some unlimited plans ban for account sharing so if the vpn changes your IP more frequently than an internet provider changes your IP maybe it could get flagged. It doesn’t specifically break the rules in the ones I read though. Also on some usenet guides I’ve looked at it is recommended not to use vpn, but if it works and you live somewhere with shittier piracy laws why not.

Where I live if you get the letter you can ignore it and they can pound sand, but with vpn on torrents but not usenet I haven’t had the letter in years.

does the desktop environment add the 1px border? I can’t remember which ones I used that had that but snapping windows to full or to the split regions or even manually to each other would leave a gap until I found a really obscure setting for the border gap.

I’d believe it if up to 0.6% of artists made millions off a single low effort ‘artwork’. What is even being considered an artist here? Paint? Movie/Game? Strictly one-off millionaires? What is working class here too? Working at all or within a specific income range?

I worked industrial steel up until I got injured and in the early apprenticeship phase plumbers I knew that were working about as long as I had were making more than me, but we were all well above grocery store clerk earnings.

This is kinda what I’m currently doing. Everything manually and several times 20-60gb later the file is junk for one reason or another. It would be handy if there was some kind of release group ranking but I haven’t seen it if it exists, and the odd comment with peoples favourites are mostly names I’ve only seen once or twice if at all. Then many of the groups I’ve picked out of the hat have inconsistent quality.

I guess I’ll just have to keep going until I have my own ranking list.
