She doesn’t love me. :p
She doesn’t love me. :p
Not many people get it until they get one. I got a fold 3 when it came out and have just upgraded to a fold 6 because i just couldn’t go back. Its a better form factor for a mobile computing device. Its a phone thats also a small tablet! I gave my old one to my wife who was always averse to getting a fold and she has told me multiple times since then that its her favourite phone shes ever had.
That’s what i am saying. You need to learn it. If someone explains it to you, then you are learning. If someone gives you the answer, then you dont understand it, so you are less good at said something.
You agree with me…
Because AI and previously google searches are not a substitute for having knowledge and experience. You can learn by googling something and reading about how something works so you can figure out answers for yourself. But googling for answers will not teach you much. Even if it solves a problem, you won’t learn how. And won’t be able to fix something in the future without googling th answer again.
If you dont learn how to do something, you won’t be experienced enough to know when you are doing it wrong.
I use google to give me answers all the time when im problem solving. But i have to spend a lot more time after the fact to learn why what i did fixed the problem.
That’ll do it 😀
Depemds if you are logged i to google services on your phone and on you pc browser. If you log into anything google on your browser it retains that log in across all the apps
Also, back then, and up until the late 00s, you bought albums, singles were a thing and plenty popular, but mainly if you liked a band you bought their album.
The beatles hit number 1 for 90% of their studio albums.
The trough of disillusionment sounds like my former depression. The slope of enlightenment sounds like a really frun water slide.
So what you are saying is, it’s just as Risc-E
So it is!
I guess. Skeleton crew, someone to see you in, someone to serve you drinks and snacks and someone to work the projector. bring a data pen with your videos on it and give to them to plug in and play.
Or log into your streaming servitheand hook your device up to the projector.
It would need all kinda of restrictions and protections for the cinemas but its not like that couldn’t be worked out in a room somewhere. Private parties would be great.
If it became lucrative then pay more staff and capitalise on it.
So they need another revenue stream. If i am forced to pay high tickey proces and high snack prices, im going to wait for the film to come out on a streaming platform and watch it then.
Lots of people do the same. Its the reason most films ive been tonsee recently are in empty cinemas where i basivally get a private screening.
The industry at large is failing and has been for a while.
In rhe UK (at least the part i live in), they dont stop you from bringing your own food in. I think that staff know that no one wants to pay the crazy prices for the food they sell. If i could buy the snacks they sell for the prices that the shops across the road are selling them, then i wouldn’t need to go to the shops across the road. Maybe thats not possible for them, maybe they need to find a new revenue stream.
I love this
Its very socialist. So i like it.
Yes, i said that, that one point was more about making it cost less so its affordable.
What’s the endgame here for users?
Do we just want a reasonable subscription price? Something we can genuinely afford?
If youtube doesn’t play ads then they cant remain a service. At least not as it is today. Hosting costs money.
Im not shilling for them, i dont want ads either. And google are a terrible company. But im trying to be realistic.
Do we want cheap subscription?
Or a reduced service that can be maintained without so many ads
Do we just want 5 second skippable ads back?
Im just seeing this fight progressing to the point were youtube becomes subscription only and the ad blocker users have to pay or lose the service they obviously want to access.
I dont think it’s unique to the US, companies in other countries have to play the same game or be lost to obscurity.
Why dont these companies accept theybarent worth as much any more and just provide less services until they balance off.
The stuff they cant afford to provide could be taken on by someone else. Being a one company does all type master of none sort of thing is clearly bad for society and the economy.
I dont really know what im talking about but i just dont get why they see losses and an end to growth but take the position of “we need to find a way to keep this going” instead of “we need to sell off things until our company is making money again, even if its less money”
The first time i saw one of his reviews, i thought, “This guy isn’t genuine.” “That’s not an opinion. it’s a specification disguised as an opinion.”
He gave off real shill vibes, and then i later found out he was an apple simp, and it all came together. He isn’t super biased, but he definitely gives more providence to apple products.
His recent review of the apple vr headset was too nice. He said some bad things but qualifies each critisism with a “but i like that” or “but it’s not a deal breaker.”
Maybe i created a bias against him based on my early impressions, but i just get a bad vibe from him. He doesn’t seem to give his opinions.
I will say, though, an exception would be that rabbit thing he reviewed poorly recently and got some backlash from the manufacturer for. I believe he then came back and justified his review. Although everyone was reviewing it poorly so he would give the game away if he said it was good. So perhaps its not an exception… i dont know. Im just freestyling this comment…
