  • if new experience in skyrim is something you’re interested in, a mod like Beyond Skyrim: Bruma is awesome. i highly recommend it.

i also recommend playing a character with a theme or restrictions. I’m currently playing a character that’s not permitted to use physical weapons or use armor. pure spell caster. and I’ve got a few QOL mods to make mage armor a bit more in line with the other two armor types. and a fun new perk tree (Vokrii) that’s got a ton of class replayability.

its very fun to play that way. and also means you can play a character. or roleplay.

i hope you have fun <3

  • I run totk exclusively on my steam deck (I liked the fact that load times were faster on steam deck than original switch)

you will need to find a stable version of yuzu that will work on it and you should be able to get about 30fps fairly consistently with performance mods. (there is a totk optimizer you can run that has a steam deck setting built in. very convenient)

bg3 I highly recommend trying to get the native steam deck version for it. cause it runs much better.

I use microsd cards to move files around. so if you have those I recommend them.

I think if the games are relevant to you and you wish to support them, are excited and whatnot. then its perfectly fine to pre-order.

I really only pre-order if its an early access or a game I’m super excited for.

just recently pre-ordered hytale. can’t wait til early access!
