That’d be hilarious, as it confirms that the dad wanted to intimidate anon by pulling out his gun and in turn got intimidated by anon’s gun.

And, of course, if you want your children to have a peak male physique.
Looking forward to the full release. I still have the game installed and backed up, so Ubisoft doesn’t get any ideas and forcibly uninstalls it.
The step mom wanted to fuck that bear.
Do not forget that you are also the very entity that hands out the currency you hold your debt in.
It waw McGregor. And while the explosion was spectacular, it happened on the test stand, so not much damage was done actually.
As I understand it, 3) already happens. What causes the load is that each connected instance is also loading and caching the preview.
And here I am, emailing password protected zip files to people when the documents are not to be scanned by my mail provider.
Good luck to them, and if you own The Crew, you can likely help the Stop Killing Games initiative by following the steps outlined at stopkillinggames.com
I know that it is a can of worms politically, but now the man the whole world owes the wake-up call that were his leaks to, is forced to live under Putin.
If Snowden ever did, he hardly did it out of his own volition.
It really is a shame how spineless european politicians are, to not give Edward Snowden protection in europe. I bet a whole bunch of politicians are happy that he faded out of the collective mind, so they don’t have defend their indefensible standpoint of not giving Snowden amnesty.
It also sucks that there is no recourse against politicians that are clearly biased in their decisionmaking.
While I think that many are ok with ‘trying out’ Lemmy by joining a random instance at first, I also have seen numerous threads in which users are complaining about not being able to subscribe to communities they are interested in, only to be told that the instance hosting the communities they are interested in is blocked by their instance. I don’t think it makes for a good first impression to join a Lemmy instance, only to be immediately told that you need to join another instance to see the content you are interested in.
So much data to infer from your music tastes. Listening to music about breakup? You had a breakup yourself. Listening to classical music? You’re a top earner. Listening to Eminem? You like mom’s spaghetti.
Or there could be a delay of one minute before posts get federated, giving the user the option to quickly delete a comment or post.
That is one thing Lemmy is not good at: Protecting its users legally. No admin can be expected to hire a lawyer to fight off those companies.
Their rev (revenue) on digital sales, add-on-content, digital-downloads are at all time highs… And yet their margins are at decade-lows. This is just not acceptable
It is unacceptable to not squeeze every last bit of money from everyone!
One benefit of Mastodon not mentioned is that the activitypub protocol is used by more services than Mastodon. I personally am looking to switch to Kbin or Mbin, whenever those become usable alternatives, as they allow me to interact both with Lemmy and Mastodon.
As long as they are used defensively, weapons are needed. And having the latest and greatest weapons really helps. We can see this play out in Ukraine clear as day. If Ukraine had more weapons in the beginning, Russia hadn’t invaded. If they had anyways, Ukraine would’ve been able to rebuff them with more force. Whenever the West does send weapons to Ukraine, they have an immediate and devastating effect on Russian troops. But because we are sending so little, the war bogs down into a WW1-style slugfest. Also, the ammunition given by the West allows Ukraine to do targetted strikes mostly. Russiaon the other hand is just sending wave attacks, accepting massive civilian casulties.
On the one hand, yeah. Worrying about stuff that you have barely any control over won’t get you far. But on the other hand, that guy’s vote counts as much as yours. And if he already believes such silly conspiracy theories as the flat earth theory, he will be easily swayed by whoever is the loudest contrarian.
