He’ll be in his Hawaii bunker.

FB is also a sea of AI videos that are being passed off as real.

Same, it is mainly a messaging platform for me for people who I otherwise can’t reach.

Just tell me when the memory shortage ends.

The Simpsons showed us the danger of the occult section in the library.

I use them at work to get instructions on running processes and no matter how detailed I am “It is version X, the OS is Y” it still gives me commands that don’t work on my version, bad error code analysis, etc.

I’ve asked it for a solution to something and it gives me A. I tell it A doesn’t work so it says “Of course!” and gives me B. Then I tell it B doesn’t work and it gives me A…

Usually the blurb is pure opinion.

The results I get from chatgpt half the time are pretty bad. If I ask for simple code it is pretty good but ask it about how something works? Nope. All I need to do is slightly rephrase the question and I can get a totally different answer.

I have a friend who constantly sends me videos that get her all riled up. Half the time I patiently explain to her why a video is likely AI or faked some other way. “Notice how it never says where it is taking place? Notice how they never give any specific names?” Fortunately she eventually agrees with me but I feel like I’m teaching critical thinking 101. I then think of the really stupid people out there who refuse to listen to reason.

Every time I think people have reached maximum stupidity they prove me wrong.

Is that why I hear so many backfiring cars now?

Can China ban retina burning headlights, rear facing floodlights and aftermarket exhausts now?

Trump is helping the world learn to live without the US.

I’d just reduce copyright periods. Right now they are ridiculously long. No one should hold rights from 1930s works.

Go to FB where it must be around 40%

“Dear Mr. President, there are too many states nowadays, please eliminate three. I am not a crackpot.”

Profits for me, losses for thee
The only real solution isn’t reactivating roombas but cutting dependence on US goods and markets. The US market is highly desirable from a purely population angle but isn’t essential today. Moving to an alternative to the dollar, expanding production of essential goods to other nations, etc.
If you really want to spite the US use retaliatory IP lifting. “Ok, US IP protections are now invalid.”
