Yes. When I was posting support related post, I felt bad posting it on here as I saw it as more for news or discussion related to Linux or at least people subscribe to it for that reason mainly.

9·13 days agoI can understand if the game they play is online and it has an anti-cheat that makes it uncompatible with Linux. (Mainly game devs not allowing Linux to work). Otherwise, my experince with gaming on Linux has been pretty good
It depends on which user and their workflow. For example, Graphics Designer use Photoshop compare to GIMP because of native CMYK for printing as well as non-destructive effects. Most people will be fine using GIMP.
I bring this up as I tend to see people on Lemmy and even in online space that talks about open source that would bitch about “normies” being too stubborn for not trying Linux or any open-source projects in general but never think about how much compromise they had to do if they do go down the open-source route.
Another one I saw was “But Kamala Harris did it as well” which is just a frame and had to yet see an link to the video in question unlike when Elon Musk did it
