I’ve noticed that some people do use other filters than “Hot” or they scroll back in smaller communities, because I’ll occasionally get comment replies to posts I made months ago. It’s cool to see.

Does the Active feed work this way?

I had this, but I remember not really getting it at the time and not giving it a fair shot. Maybe it’s time to go back.

I think still yes, when a problem is abundantly clear, but borderline cases can more easily be left to individual preference.

I have trouble finding stuff with the Android app too. It really needs a “for you” tab or something to make discovering content easier.

Maybe I just like the Lemmy/reddit style of social media better. It makes more sense to my brain.

That would be helpful. I have a Mastodon account that I’m pretty much just using to post my OC trek memes (plus some of my favorites from Risa), and being able to crosspost both ways would be nice.

Happened to me too! My watch thought I was exercising because my heartrate also shot way up. It was not pleasant.

Oh yeah, taste buds adjust. I’ve been off soda for 10-15 years, and on the rare occasion I have one, it tastes like drinking a dessert and I feel gross.

I bet there’s no twitch integration either!
