There are now tons of different expansions for CAH, like specific topic types and whatnot like sci-fi, nature, food, medicine.

Yeah, seems about right for some of the purists out there. There’s a whole fucking subreddit dedicated to talking shit about them. It’s honestly sad.
Like it’s one thing to have a semi-parasocial relationship and call it “hanging out with your friends” but it’s another entirely to dedicate time out of your life to get upset and angry over a goddamn YouTube channel.

I actually forgot that Game Grumps only play the newest of the new when it’s from a particular series or something.
Why did they get in trouble? Was it with Nintendo or the fans? I kinda remember some “controversy” over them using emulators instead of original hardware, but imo that’s bullshit. Sometimes old hardware isn’t better, and all kinds of things can go wrong with it.

Or as a passenger in a car

At least they added the speedometer so if you go too fast the game doesn’t work.

Because they are? How many YouTubers are playing The Hot New Thing from Nintendo right now, because they bought it? They are the ones perpetuating this shit. It’s all a feedback loop meant to suck as much money out of the public as they can.
I can go and find at least 6 YouTubers that I subscribe to that almost always play the newest of the new thing so it’s featured on their channel. RTGame, Mo1stCr1t1kal/Penguinz0, Game Grumps, IronPineapple, VideogameDunkey, OboeShoes, hell even General Sam as much as I love his style and humor.

I played this one shortly after release and it honestly ran incredibly smoothly for me. The only issue I had was one of the bounties never showed so I couldn’t properly finish them, but I wasn’t too upset about it.
I actually loved the story, way more than Fallen Order. Dagan Gera is honestly a very cool and interesting antagonist (and it doesn’t hurt that his fights are fuckin cool with his one-arm-using-the-force-to-swing-his-lightsaber around thing). Even the minor villains, like that warlord guy, are pretty cool and aren’t just bad guys.
I loved the scavenger aesthetic that was so present throughout Koboh. The mercenaries use old armor and ships left behind from the Clone Wars, and they’ve even found a Lucrehulk full of droids to use.
The banter between enemies when they’re out on patrols is honestly top-tier, right up there with the random conversations enemies would have in the old Jedi Knight games. One of my favorites was a couple stormtroopers making their rounds, and one says “I like when we’re out on patrol together.” The other responds with “we do stand better odds with more people.” The first one is just like “yeah… That’s right…”

I’m reminded of that one Silicon Valley episode

I saw an ad a few days ago for a game called Roadside Research.
It’s a gas station management sim where you play as an alien disguised as a human, running a gas station and “researching” humanity.
It looks pretty fun.

The Sam’s/Costco ones are like $5 across the country. I don’t think I’ve seen one for more than $6
I went down a rabbit hole of emulation last year. I got PCSX2 and tons of games like Ratchet & Clank, Tak 1-3, Jak 1-X, the Sly series, Spider-Man 2, and so many others. I spent a good month and a half just playing old PS2 games and I had an absolute blast
Remember Gamefly?
Gamepass wasn’t a bad idea, and it was actually pretty cool when it first came out. It was basically Microsoft’s Gamefly.
And the Son, Emulation?

They at least fixed the water walking in Oblivion. You could just look down to start swimming.
But yeah, I did that to a character or two as well. I think one time I thought a permanent levitation spell would be the tits. Then I found out about how slow it is.
ETA: my headcanon is that all the janky glitches and trucks pipe pull off in their respective playthrough are all actually canon as well. It would make sense too, because there are multiple instances of characters figuring out they’re in some sort of dream/simulation/thing, and Tiber Septim becoming a god, and the general fragility of their reality.

Or you could do “soul trap on self” combined with a “fortify skill” effect
Ralen Hlaalo manor. That house is awesome to use as a player home. You can drop stuff around to decorate, use any of the containers as storage, and it’s just a nice big house.

It is

I remember when Pokemon Go first came out and it was all the rage. I saw a couple posts online about how to make your own Pokestop for people who lived in rural areas and/or couldn’t travel easily.
So personally, I’m thinking someone who was on the island (maybe even Epstein himself) just made it because they’re dumb fucks who gotta catch them all.

Very little QoL, but an absolutely fucking massive map expansion and all the quests that comes with it. They just released the latest bit they finished last spring. It greatly expands all the major questlines and guilds and adds a couple more, introduces new ways of fast travel like water striders, new enemies and creatures, so many new towns with NPCs and their own dialog. It’s a lot. But I highly recommend it to anyone who is a fan of Elder Scrolls regardless.
It’s a project that’s been in production since a few weeks before Morrowind even released (but that’s more just a fun fact). It’s been worked on off-and-on over time, but really picked up speed a few years ago when Morrowind started becoming popular again.
This video explains pretty much the entire thing.

It is, but just take it slow. I’d suggest the Tamriel Rebuilt mod(s), but I also want you to experience the game as vanilla as possible.
Meh.
It’s a good game, and imo still holds up decently well. This is just a cash grab.
