Soumds like revolt might be interesting to you.
Streaming, especially video, is quite challenging and expensive. The fact that discord’s video streaming was so cheap was always somewhat suspicious.
For a while I tried tagging my memes (Samsung Gallery lets you make tags and assign as many to any image as you want), but that lasted about two days.
It’ll be a collab with HP!
I believe Matrix doesn’t have nearly as strong (if any) metadata encryption as Signal
Your link doesn’t work, but I still found what you mean. I think at that point I’d probably look into the Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter or something similar instead, as Miracast on Linux actually works quite well with GNOME Network Displays. But my current goal is not having to connect any additional hardware to the projector, so I will be looking into pyatv for now.
I can’t find any “funtax” user in the linked openairplay repo, but it appears that I have completely missed pyatv’s ability to stream video. As long as it can stream video I think I can make it do screen mirroring too. Thank you very much, I will be looking into pyatv now!
This launcher looks super cool, does anyone bychance know if it works on FireTVs? I was ok with the FireTV launcher up until they made it autoplay ads with sound everytime you turn the damn thing on.
I don’t know if this works for all Ubisoft games, but for Rayman Legends there is a dll that will circumvent the stupid Uplay Launcher and just make it launch normally (see https://steamcommunity.com/app/242550/discussions/0/3647273545686004759/ , comment by murla)
Infinity has it in settings, but I haven’t tried it yet
Same! I’m lowkey tempted to get a fancy one now, but deep down I know it just isn’t worth it.
