You could utilize Tor’s oniux and run your torrent client/regular browser through that. Depending on your base internet and area, though, connection speeds through it will vary wildly.

It’s been a while, but I remember it being fairly complex, too. The little rulebook I managed to hang onto is kinda thick for a pocket size, and then there’s a whole other book for the glossary…
