Art Vandelay…
Art Vandelay…
Probably just a typo, definitely not The Ten Commandments.
I feel kind of bad commenting on his physical appearance but as a guy who balded in the same pattern…fuckin shave your head, dude. Or, since you’re rich as fuck, spent the 10k for a transplant. It looks so bad and not in a “wow it’s ugly but he can sure pull it off” kind of way. More like an “I never rescheduled the appointment I missed at the barber” kind of way
Thankfully all the attention is negative
Yeah I robbed that gas station but at least some crime boss didn’t make me do it. It was genuine so you should forgive me
On public roads, a good driver is a safe driver. An F1 driver is a good driver but if they drive like that on the highway, they cease to be a good driver.
Sounds like you just picked one
I drive recklessly as hell
…
but I’ve proven myself and my abilities behind the wheel
Pick one
That is correct. Most (all?) of the services are run on Adobe servers, not locally
It won’t have anything that relies on “the cloud”
When you use the AI services in Photoshop, it tries to connect to their servers. But to crack Photoshop, you need to blacklist all those servers. If you try to, say, use the automatic background removal tool, Photoshop will give you a message saying that it will run the (worse) version locally because it can’t connect.
Not that I’d know or anything. A friend of a friend told me. Basically a stranger. Don’t even know his name.
Bravo on the concise take down. What a great way to put that
Because, like they said, the UI is unintuitive
No offense intended here but it doesn’t look like many people agreed with you. I agree that it’s fairly subjective but the examples you gave were headlines we expect in 2024. They’re weird and sad but not absurd in today’s world
Communities with lax posting rules become homogenous with similar communities. It happens every time - I don’t want this place to become another catch-all weird news sub
I use Instagram to post animal pictures. Any time I try to “browse” I see an ad every third post and give up.
I don’t think any of those examples look like onion headlines. They’re ridiculous but not headlines they’d use.
Upvotes and downvotes aren’t enough. People from All (and plenty of subscribers) will upvote anything in any community if they like it, it does not matter if it fits the theme.
This is just a normal news article that’s wholly believable headline based on prior events. I don’t see why it’s posted in this community
What do you think they’re implying we do here? Why are you calling it a rash decision based on reactionary feelings?
I thought the restriction was CHARGING to replace a light switch as an unlicensed electrician, am I wrong? I’ve never heard of DIY being disallowed. The only restrictions I know of are needing to pull a permit for structural stuff and I’m in an area with pretty tight electrical regulations (EMT conduit, no Romex allowed)
Why are you replying in the first place? Was there something you were trying to accomplish or do you just get off to downvotes?
