I thought it was the song Riot by Three Days Grace, which led me to believe the meme was prompting people to post the lyric “Let’s start a riot,” which could be against TOS depending on the forum, and could flag you by government agencies sweeping for keywords. But then I reread the image and now I have no clue what song it is… 🙃
