I won. I ditched Windows conpletely.
There’s a Southpark episode where aunt Flo visits, and they say she visits every month and stays for a week. So I guess it’s a common saying in USA, at least.
The lingonberry one was pretty common where I grew up in a Swedish speaking area in Finland, so I know that one is real.

Oh, was this the Salem Techsperts video?

I think the free Ascii version of Dwarf Fortress should run fine.

A wifi connection to where? Were people using unprotected networks?

Oh, it’s marked as “garbage” in the wine compatibility database 😕

One pretty safe way is if you get a separate drive for Linux and completely swap out the Windows one. It’s not dual booting but at least you can switch back if it doesn’t work out for you.
Just make sure you have whatever you need to get the Windows drive working again if it’s encrypted.
Unrealistic loot.
Like when you kill a wolf and get shotgun shells as loot.
But also more subtle stuff like enemies in a remote place that don’t carry or have any kind of food and drink with them.
And when the enemy is clearly carrying a weapon, but it’s not lootable and you get some random stuff instead.

Looks at my setup with Samsung tv, NUC, and wireless touchpad-keyboard combo… Huh? How about that!

The Jolla was probably my favorite phone, but it broke so easily. I really hope they make something more sturdy this time around.

I really need to start actually reading articles and following authors instead of just scrolling through headlines.

Well now you can just have a bot do that for you

I recently installer something, and KDE showed me where it ended up in the launcher, which I appreciated, and now I’m not supposed to use a computer. Really? Thanks.
At least me wife will be happy, but I’ll need to find new work.
I wonder if personal websites with links to each other, like in the olden days, will start growing in popularity again because of how trust is slowly eroded for anything not in your direct control, and search engines becoming more and more useless 🤔

I think I have it, but never tried it. Came in a Humble Bundle, I think.

Runs out of copies? Is that a thing?
Considering the huge number of games I have that I haven’t tried yet, I don’t think it’s crazy at all to have a high threshold for buying yet another one.
