It’s going to get really interesting to find a new TV once I want to buy one.
A y brands left that won’t fuck me over with ads and what not?

61·3 days agoAnyone has a good tutorial on how to setup a complete are stack with docker on Linux?
Already one that quickly explains what arr does what would be helpful. I know there is radarr, sonarr, bazarr and loads more and I have no idea which system does what or how to connect them.
I’ve found tutorials about individual pieces, but those are of little help
And then the biggest one: I have jellyfin, I’d like to use it over the internet, bit I need to have that obviously VERY safe. How to do that? I know of a popular reverse proxy for those things (name escapes me for a sec) but again, the tutorials I’ve found were lacking at best.
I’m looking for something where I can write a bunch of docker files and start it all up from scratch on Linux, is that possible?

… I’m sorry, what just happened? I think I had a mini aneurysm. Let me read that ag…
In all seriousness, WTAF is wrong with people? What removed Baphomet wannabe came up with that negative IQ idea? SERIOUSLY… WTF IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE. ARGH!
Here I am giving security training to my coworkers and then I have to read this. This is like me spending a life long sifting through all my garbage to make sure everything is nicely separated for recycling, using the bike to go anywhere, to make sure my carbon footprint is as small as possible and over flies Taylor Swift in her private jet undoing my life’s work in a single fucking trip.
Seriously this gives me a headache

It’s not virtue signalling, I know very well what I’m doing is hypocritical at best, but it’s also unavoidable for me. For one, I’m using it like this at work where they’d love nothing better than for me to start vibe coding. This is the compromise I’ve been able to make so far.

It is a hell of a lot less buggy
And the bugs that are there we are aware of. Microsoft may or may not fix severe security bugs, opting to hide the information instead because it’s better for their bottom line
Microsoft always had been a bug riddled mess that people paid for and then they needed to pay even more to be able to get their shit still working
Now with the AI slop apparently contributing 30% of the code, things have gone off a cliff
So no, nobody is pretending Linux is bug-less, it’s just that Microsoft is that bad
