Are we maintaining computers?
I haven’t had to do anything beyond installing the OS after a hardware update or installing software for over a decade. Yeah, I’m lazy and using Windows, but my last hardware was used for about 7 years without needing any troubleshootijg and I upgraded a few years ago to keep up with modern games.
I guess I clean the filter sometimes.
Facebook proved that people are just as shitty when their identity is voluntarily public.
The point of the article isn’t that AI is outright useless as a coding tool but that it lulls programmers into a false sense of security regarding the quality and security of their code.
Lulling them into a false sense of security is half of what makes it useless. The fact that it makes shitty code is the other half.
The only reason that this is unpopular is that there are a lot of things that happened to the web that are far better than some overhyped group text vomiting website going downhill.
Absolutely nothing has led me to believe that things need to be real for right wing propaganda, since I don’t believe that.
Doing something for real means that the actual real media will report on it and that could have an impact on low engagement voters who watch the real news and not Fox News or other right wing propaganda. The fact that it is on the real news means it is more easily weaponized against those low engagement voters, which Dems need to win.
Unlike Hunter Biden, Joe Biden is still relevant to the election.
No, but we don’t have to shoot ourselves in the foot either.
Biden putting on a Trump hat is just about the dumbest fucking thing he could do right now. It is like Biden waving a confederate flag or hugging Putin.
Guess who won’t be bothered to watch the video?
MAGA idiots.
Fuck Biden for not realizing how the MAGA crew is going to weaponize this photo op.
Edit: Biden putting on a Trump hat is like Biden waving a confederate flag because MAGA and Trump’s campaign are based on racism. Context doesn’t matter.
Yes, it is a likely risk. Having an unauthorized broadcast signal is a security risk because it can be used to locate and target the ship, allows for crew to communicate with the outside world without the oversight that they would normally have, and is outside the control of the ship’s command.
There are many valid reasons for the military to be limited to authorized channels for communication.
Multiple people were involved, and it was probably mounted in a location where other people were unlikely to know that it was out of place.
