23·3 months agoThe vibes on this game were on point. Great game and I really really really hope they’re making another one. Preferably with workshop and mod support! And DLCs! I wanna tear more ships apart! RIP AND TEAR UNTIL IT IS DONE

91·5 months agoSame. I gave Kenshi a try and it didn’t click for me. Caves of Qud though, that game is pure unmitigated crack for me. Live and drink, friend.
Op could have made worse choices overall. ATVs are pretty cool. Soil is soil. Coulda been a cubicle monkey. At least op is getting some sun.

2·8 months agoLove seeing another person with lots of hours in Caves of Qud. It’s rapidly climbing up my hours played list since 1.0 release. Bought it at 17.99, played for 220 hours so far. Math says that’s 9 cents an hour, and I’m still not done playing. Live and drink, friend!

4·1 year agoHighly recommend this game. It got better once they started allowing you to quicksave and checkpoint your progress at towns/outposts. Prepare to die. A lot. Live and drink, friend.

8·1 year agoStar Wars: Galaxies had a killer open world housing system! I loved it and nothing else I’ve played has even come close to what SW:G had. Plus, after a bit of patching they included a system where you can create a city that shows up on the map, including shuttle/fast travel points and benefits to locals. Housing wasn’t instanced, so you could build nearly anywhere on the map outside of in-game cities and other players cities. It was truly awesome. Sony Online Entertainment screwed it over again and again and again, and now it’s gone. I played that game for years.
Never played UO but I heard good things.
This fucking cookie joke I knew when I saw the first one it was coming and still made me laugh.

5·2 years agoAnother vote for hardspace shipbreaker, though the gameplay can be a bit repetitive. If you don’t like the first ship you take apart, then the game probably isn’t for you. The Outer Wilds is a game that I’d recommend to anyone and everyone who wants a unique and positive experience.
