My excitement for all of this has disappeared. I don’t want to put any more money into it. I’ll still be around on a different account that I had before I launched my own.
When I first launched it, I planned on doing a porn instance, kind of like lemmynsfw did. A lot of instances prematurely blocked mine. I reached out to a lot of them in the beginning and they cleared me from it.

42·1 year agoPlex allows this as long as you set whatever devices local IP on the allow without authorization list. I also know that plex just gets shit on the fediverse. Jellyfin doesn’t have local allowance baked in? I’ve never used it.
