I am one of those NPCs that was given a schedule routine, but I only exist to serve as padding out the size of the town and have no function other than of being part of the local aesthetic.
I get it. I’m the guy in old 8 bit RPGs who hiccups to show that he’s drunk and sometimes says nonsense.

Occasionally a player may follow you around. They’re just curious how long your routine is, they’ll stop when they get bored.

I’m the fae character that just pops the fuck out of nowhere, fixes EXACTLY one of your problems (no more, no less) in THE most absurd and/or inexplicable way then just fucking disappears again. I avoid it with patients but my coworkers are all fair game.
