This week’s theme is “thanks, i hate it”. A frequent comment on genArt communities. Your entry should be able to get the “thanks, i hate it” comment/reaction :)

be careful with the nsfw militia, that too is a part of the challenge. It shouldn’t need to be tagged nsfw

Voting process

Everyone can submit their image to this post. At the end of the week all images will be collected and shared in a new voting post wherein people can vote on their favorite image. This will be up for at least 24 hours before a winner is made.

There are no extra points to be earned; OP will decide on a winner in case of a tie.

  • Embed image directly in the post (no external link)
  • Workflow/Prompt sharing encouraged but not required (we’re all here for fun and learning)
  • OP will declare winner in case of a tie

    Merde, mark this as NSFW please.
    It’s fine if you want to make this your challenge, but leave it to the viewer’s discretion if they really want to hate it or just want to let it pass them by.

      i don’t want to choose a nsfw theme. Yes, it’s a challenging theme but we should be able to test the limits without falling into that nsfw sinkhole.

      If that image is the problem, i prefer changing the image instead of marking the challenge nsfw.

        I guess that’s better? I mean I still hate it (and in line with the challenge), but at least it’s not as… orifice-y.

        As a general rule for the future, let’s keep the body horror and other nightmare fuel images behind a nsfw tag ok? Consider it a creative constraint for this community :)

    Oh hey! A lot of people say this about my PFP. I’ll submit the whole evolve chain as an animated gif again if I find it. Oh and thanks for the post image, it got hubs up out of the computer chair and running into our bedroom to yell WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT!?!?!? at me in person so 11/10 would horrify my husband again, ty. He was well primed for it though I had just finished retelling the (unfortunately true) story of the guy that we had to stop giving lotion because he was using up the entire unit supply so he started masturbating with the butter off his meal trays and got a MASSIVELY infected ingrown hair with several inches of tunneling.

    Here’s the gif again. Honestly you can use either this or the final still to remake your post and maybe not just get a bunch of downvotes. I’ll just sit this one out because lbr ✨I’d win anyway.✨ It’s definitely got some yonic imagery that makes people uncomfortable, but more in a georgia o’keefe meets steven king kinda way that shouldn’t get overtly percieved as nsfw. And not to fluff myself up too much but I think I really used the AI medium to it’s full artistic potential here and strongly pushed my own composition of the overall shape and color while letting the algorithm figure out the details for me. I just love how this one came out so much and I’m happy to show it off a little more again, and you might have a more successful challenge using it!

    This is another fav tentacle piece of mine but with a more angelic vibe. I call this one “Were a Squid a Living Creature” because “The living creatures” is the name for the four headed cherubim that carries god’s chariot in the bible (the heads are a bull, eagle, lion, and human):
